



Randall M. Letcavage brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Letcavage is a Managing Director and Principal of iCapital Finance and oversees the firm’s Investment Banking Group. Mr. Letcavage is also a Managing Director and Principal in iCapital Equities, LLC which provides funding for publicly traded companies. Further Mr. Letcavage is a founding and principal shareholder of iCap Development, LLC (A National Community Development entity – certified by the United States Treasury Department). He advised numerous clients on various transactions and financings in a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, entertainment and energy. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Letcavage was formerly the CEO and a majority owner of Capital Access Group. Prior to Capital Access, Mr. Letcavage founded several asset management firms including Valley Forge Capital Holdings and managed $6 billion in assets with former renowned Calpers Manager (California Pension & Retirement Systems), Greta Marshall. Prior to Valley Forge, Mr. Letcavage founded Security America, Inc., an asset management firm based in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Mr. Letcavage worked with Paine Webber before working with Prudential-Bache. Mr. Letcavage earned degrees from Michigan State University and Northwood University. Mr. Letcavage also currently holds an equity interest and serves as Vice President (Finance) of "The Machine Productions", a diversified entertainment company.
Ms. Nguyen is a Managing Director and Principal of iCapital Finance and oversees the firms Corporate Finance Division. Ms. Nguyen is also one of the largest investors in AMPAC (American Pacific Equity Fund). AMPAC holds majority interest in over 20 companies including Poore Bros Foods and Help-U-Sell. Ms. Nguyen structured a Joint Venture between iCapital Funding (now known as Corinthian Funding) and AMPAC’s Help-U-Sell. Ms. Nguyen has the unique combination of operating expertise as a CEO and as an experienced investment banker. Ms. Nguyen is also a founding and principle shareholder of iCap Development, LLC. Her extensive operating experience comes from various senior management positions in companies in the distribution and manufacturing sector including being CFO of several California corporations. In 1987, she was promoted from CFO to CEO of the U.S. subsidiary of a London-based (UK) public corporation and successfully sold the company in 1990. She then founded a privately-owned real estate investment company and a medical device sales & service center among other business activities. She has advised and completed numerous debt and equity financings for companies in a wide range of industries. Ms. Nguyen holds a B.A. in Business and Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Jerry Slusser Managing Director Mr. Slusser brings a background of 25 plus years in merchant banking and investment banking which includes a senior management position at Valtec Capital. Mr. Slusser has lead numerous financings and acquisitions with Valtec Capital, several of which included iCapital clients. He was co-owner (27%) of EarthCo, a charcoal-briquetting operation that was sold for $400 million to Florida Power & Light Co., a subsidiary of FPL Group Inc. (NYSE: FPL). The EarthCo sale was a Landmark Tax Credit transaction in the U.S. and Mr. Slusser lead this transaction. After the EarthCo sale, Mr. Slusser continues to advise iCapital on transactions and has personally funded numerous transactions. Mr. Slusser is based in the Indianapolis, Indiana office. Mr. Slusser currently owns and operates Vitesse Corp. (one of the nations largest jet leasing companies) and AIM Global (Global supplier of electronic components for the medical industry). Mr. Slusser hold a degree in Finance from Purdue University.

The Los Angeles Stars were the only team to achieve an undefeated season in league play. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Roberts was a key shareholder working from the Executive Offices and Special Projects for Center Staging Corporation. Mr. Roberts was responsible for strategic partnerships and Access Hollywood/NBC, the Bennett Group, the Machine Productions, and Indie 103.1fm. During this period of time and for over 20 years, Mr. Roberts has managed his own Financial Services operation known as Roberts and Associates. They specialize in Estate Planning and Insurance Design. Client list to have included celebrities of entertainment, and leaders in the Medical and Science Fields, not to mention The Regan Foundation and Library.
Investment Banking Consultant Ms. Nguyen is currently an Investment Banking Consultant with both iCapital Finance, Inc. and iCapital Equities. Ms. Nguyen works as a liaison with iCapital's Joint Venture Partners to provide additional services to iCapital clients including AMPAC Tristate CDC (Certified SBC Lender). Ms. Nguyen has been in Financial Services for 8 years, specializing in Finance. Previous companies included Wells Fargo, Countrywide, and Master Financial. Ms. Nguyen graduated from University of California, Irvine in 2001 with a B.A. in Business and Biology.
Junior Analyst Ms. Auduong is currently a Junior Analyst with iCapital Finance, Inc. Ms. Auduong works as a laison between clients and iCapital Directors to facilitate project flow. Ms. Auduong conducts research and report creation for both client companies and prospective investors. Ms. Auduong graduated from California State University Long Beach in 2007 with a B.A. in Business Administration specializing in Finance along with a degree in Political Science. |
